Video Verification: To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, you must record a video while opening your package. This video must clearly show the condition of the item as it was received. Returns without this video will not be accepted.

Time Frame: All returns must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If you notice any defects or damage, please reach out to us immediately with your video evidence.

No Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the defective item and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

Record a video while opening your package.

Include your order number and the video file.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition based on your video, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at
oormiijewels@sitexdigital.com, including your order ID in the subject line. Upon cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 4 working days.

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our return policy below.
